![]() ![]() This is where the (Insert Element) Mastery comes in as a higher skill in this allows for higher levels spells. ![]() Starting with Effect cards you will need to add more effect cards to increase whatever aim your spell has be it damage, healing, boost or protection. That is right the secret to powerful spells is stacking. Well that is because you need to stack cards for greater effect. Have you built a spell and it sucks! You can’t figure out why each of your summoned creatures keeps getting its posterior handed to it. The tutorial at the beginning of the game should walk you through this and you will be given a book detailing the process but that is not always clear and easy to understand. The process is the same as it is for the first Tier and is recommended especially with missile type attacks but a warning to the beginner: Don’t go overboard as the larger the spell the more mana it takes to cast and you will quickly find yourself in a mana shortage. Ricochet is good for dealing with Enemies and spray takes time to get used to and no it doesn’t launch a bunch of missile spells at a single target unless you are at close range and that is more to do with the range than the modifier itself.įinally some spells allow you to build a second Tier for the spell and even a third. The other three modifiers largely apply only to Missile and homing is all important for a missile. If you want to use a protection spell you will need Time and Protection as you can’t equip protection without time. The Card you will use the most is the damage card which makes you effect cards do damage. ![]() Two Worlds II began as Two Worlds: The Temptation, which was to be the. It was released January 25th, 2011 in North America and was released 21st October in the UK and Australia. It is a sequel to the 2007 game Two Worlds. Also note do not make your final judgment on effect usage until you have decided on modifiers because each card will do different things based on which modifier you give it.įinally you choose your modifier cards. Two Worlds II is a computer role-playing game developed by Reality Pump and published by TopWare Interactive for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows, and Mac OS X. You will want to read what it will do to determine if you want to use that card. As previously stated for each of the elements there are three cards each with a different effect. You may end up specializing in one area such as fire, or in my case Necromancy. Enough talk! I'm getting back to the game.Next you need to determine which element or Effect card you will want. I will end with this, I completely satisfied with my purchase here, and have been having a blast with this title ever since I put it in. Replay ability- Ok, this game is huge! I mean, I have spent about 20 hrs running around doing some of the main Quest and some side missions, but it is so easy to get swept away in other things to do before you realize it 2 hours went by and I had gotten carried away making a new spell or crafting new weapons and armor, rings, ext. On a few occasions the shop keeper would just walk away into a wall, and be non-accessible after that, my character got stuck a few times in some rocks or wedged in a cliff. Enemies getting stuck in walls on corners and so on. Game play-8 there are some problems here, mostly found with the NPC's in towns and dungeons. Graphics- 9 The lighting, day and night cycles, spell effects, armor, weapons, can all hold up and go beyond what's being done in other games today. ![]() For those knocking it for minor, it has far less bugs then other games out there (cough) FALLOUT NEW VEGAS (cough) If this game had been released 2 years ago or in place of the first, it would have been an easy 9 at least from gamespot or IGN, but I'm not name dropping :) So all of that being said I'm gonna keep the rest short and to the point. GO GET IT! I'm am a die hard RPG fan and have played most of the great's, Oblivion, Fallout's, many others, and I love it! Didn't think I would, but now I know, I'm clearly addicted. To those still undecided, let me just tell you, If you love RPG's. By macdaddydp | Review Date: FebruI have to say "I'm really impressed with the effort put into this game!" I can't help but feel this game is, and will get overlooked because of the first. ![]()
